John Daniels

John Daniels retired from Bank of America in the fall of 2016 and now lives with his wife in Charleston. He spent his entire career at Bank of America and its predecessor banks (NationsBank and NCNB) where he founded the Credit Products concept and organization. Mr. Daniels was with Bank of America for over 30 years in credit administration and assisted the bank in its journey from a North Carolina community bank to one of the largest global banks in the world today. He has extensive process and system expertise across both C&I and CRE for balance sheet lending and has managed thousands of underwriters across many different credit organizational formats. Mr. Daniels chaired the Bank of America New Products Committee for several years and he was also responsible for credit regulatory relationships with the Fed, OCC and FDIC. Mr. Daniels holds BA and MBA degrees from Loyola University.
