Tim Bryant

A seasoned risk executive with nearly 30 years of experience covering a wide variety of industries, companies, and products in the credit and lending space. Most recently, Mr. Bryant was Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A. In this role, Mr. Bryant was responsible for all aspects of identifying, underwriting, mitigating, monitoring, and managing credit risk for one of the largest wealth management focused banks in the U.S. Mr. Bryant was a voting member of various firm and bank level committees at Morgan Stanley and also served as the point person for all MSPBNA credit-related regulatory and audit matters. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Bryant was a Managing Director and Head of Global Commercial Real Estate Risk at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Bryant also co-managed a specialty finance risk team during his tenure with Merrill Lynch covering the Global Asset Based Finance business. Mr. Bryant started his career at Bear Stearns & Co. followed by stints in financial institutions and counterparty credit at Sanwa Securities (USA) Co., L.P. and Westpac Banking Corp. Mr. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
